These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bajilive platform and all its services. By using the bajilive website or mobile application, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, it must be wagered 25 times — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires total wagering of ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on certain games — the detailed terms of each offer apply.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• bajilive reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or change its terms.

5.3 VIP Program

The bajilive VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. This cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. For example, a Silver member with a ৳20,000 net loss receives ৳140 cashback at 0.7%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on activity.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Review

bajilive reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, data feed issues or obvious pricing mistakes. In such cases the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

When betting on cricket, football or other sports, the specific rules for each event apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to bajilive's own policy. If any selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be recalculated.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Table limits and rules for live casino games including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are displayed at each game table. The RTP and bonus features of slot games are as stated by the relevant game studio. If a connection is lost, a game round will resume or be completed from the point at which it was interrupted.

6.4 Finality of Results

Once any bet or game round has been settled, the result is considered final, unless bajilive determines that a review is needed due to a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajilive platform:

• Abusing or exploiting the bonus or promotion system.

• Conducting transactions through third-party accounts.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.

8.1 Suspension by bajilive

bajilive may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity or security concerns. The relevant balance may be held during any investigation.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. As part of responsible gaming, self-exclusion is available, allowing you to restrict access to your account for a set period.

8.3 Balance Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any valid balance will be returned via the registered method, provided identity verification has been completed. In cases of Terms violations, bajilive reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

9.1 Service Availability
